AS A STATUTORILY INSURED PERSON, YOU ARE EXPLICITLY WELCOME IN MY PRACTICE!

If you are legally insured, I must AT THE LOCATION IN MAINZ NEVERTHELESS the costs für a privateärztliche CONSULTATION AND EXAMINATION IN THE CONSULTATION as „Self-payer“ TO BILL.

You must however No high costs Fear!

WE BILL based on the official Gebührenordnung für Ärzte (GOÄ) e.g. a Initial consultation  FROM. Therefore I can take TIME for you and you receive a thorough examination and consultation.

Should further extensive diagnostic and/or therapeutic Maßnahmen (e.g., ultrasound examination, X‑ray examination, injection therapy, shockwave therapy etc.) be necessary, I will inform you in advance about the costs and, if applicable, provide you with a cost estimate  make. Alternatively, I will gladly issue Überweisungen.

As an orthopedic surgeon, a large part of my daily work consists of the operative treatment of advanced joint complaints. If an operative procedure is necessary in your case, I can usually perform it without problems and bill it directly to the responsible statutory health insurance. For this, provided the indication is appropriate, a so‑called Application for individual cost coverage submitted. This will not result in any additional costs for you. Meanwhile, a large part of the statutory health insurers regularly offer this procedure.
