AS A STATUTORILY INSURED PERSON, YOU ARE EXPLICITLY WELCOME IN MY PRACTICE!

IF YOU ARE STATUTORILY INSURED, I MUST AT THE MAINZ LOCATION CHARGE YOU FOR THE COSTS OF A PRIVATE MEDICAL CONSULTATION AND EXAMINATION IN THE CLINIC as a 'self-payer'.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEAR ANY HIGH COSTS !

WE CHARGE on the basis of the official fee schedule for physicians (GOÄ), e.g. for an initial consultation  . For this, I can take the time for you and you will receive a thorough examination and advice.

If further extensive diagnostic and/or therapeutic measures (e.g. ultrasound examination, X-ray examination, injection therapy, shockwave therapy, etc.) are necessary, I will of course inform you about the costs in advance and, if necessary, provide you with a cost estimate  . Alternatively, I will be happy to provide you with referrals.

As an orthopaedic surgeon, a large part of my daily work involves the surgical treatment of advanced joint complaints. If surgery is necessary in your case, I can usually perform it without any problems and bill the responsible statutory health insurance company directly. For this purpose, a so-called application for individual cost coverage is submitted. No additional costs will be incurred by you. Meanwhile, most statutory health insurance companies regularly offer this procedure.
